Project Managers are at the heart of every project. They are the point of contact for all stakeholders: customers, suppliers, subcontractors and other CODA teams. Their work has a multi-faceted technical component (vision, measurement, mecha, autom, integration) as well as a strong commercial component (pre-sales, quotations, negotiation).

Once the order has been placed, they take on the role of project manager, ensuring that the project runs smoothly right through to final acceptance. They are your main contacts.

The Technical Support team plays a technical role in each project. In the pre-sales phase, it carries out feasibility studies in the CODA lab or on the customer's site, and draws up the feasibility report. Once the order has been placed, it is responsible for the technical implementation of the project:

  • Mechanical integration
  • Automation
  • Electricity
  • Industrial computing
  • Development of vision / measurement programs
  • Commissioning
  • Reliability
  • Drafting documentation
  • Remote or on-site technical support

Outside projects, the Support team keeps abreast of new vision systems on the market, carries out R&D and optimizes the work of sales representatives using in-house tools (software, internal processes, etc.).

THE TRAINING TEAM

CODA has its own Qualiopi-certified training organization: CODA Formations.

The CODA Formations team offers all types of training to our customers in vision, measurement, IV and laser marking. These courses are given either in Paris at the CODA office, on customer site, or in a virtual classroom.

The role of the training team is to create training content and deliver training courses. As the world of training is constantly evolving, the team is also responsible for finding new training methods, techniques and certifications.

The Training team works closely with the Account Managers, as it is very common to offer training at the end of a vision system installation project.

Finally, CODA Formations plays a major role in internal skills development. The team trains other teams in new vision/measurement technologies.

With CODA's growth, it is necessary to integrate a real Marketing and Communication strategy internally. To achieve this, the Marketing / Communication team is focusing on 3 key objectives:

  • Maintaining and improving the KEYENCE - CODA relationship
  • Building customer loyalty
  • Bringing new opportunities
