portrait of the month: Baptiste thiaudière

Baptiste joined CODA in October 2023 as an Apprentice Support Engineer. Since his arrival, he has worked on a number of complex vision projects:

Installation at DESJARDIN (95)

Desjardin has been using KEYENCE CV-X systems on several production lines for several years now. For the new Bibra 6 line, the customer was ready to upgrade to higher performance equipment. To this end, Baptiste carried out lab tests which resulted in an XG-X line camera solution. With the solution validated by the customer, we were able to commission this new program developed by Baptiste in record time (less than 3 days). The program can be adapted to any part number, thanks to automatic recipe creation.

The result: a perfectly executed project, despite severe technical constraints (linear cam, XG-X with automated recipe creation, fine aspect control) and tight deadlines.

THALES FINLAND

For a duplication of a system initially installed in Poland, CODA was asked to duplicate this KEYENCE equipment on a line in Finland. For this, Baptiste carried out the commissioning in two stages: in Italy at the OEM, then in Finland at the end customer's site. Everything went according to plan, and the customer was delighted.

SYMBIO / COMAU (69)

CODA was consulted to carry out the reliability enhancement of KEYENCE systems at SYMBIO. For this project, Baptiste spent more than 40 days on site, in a delicate context and with complex hardware and programs.

In short, Baptiste is an all-round engineering apprentice who is efficient, conscientious and service-minded. Without a doubt, you can count on him for your vision and measurement projects!
